Sedgewall's Misson Statement

 

Sedgewall Communications Group Ltd aims to be a world-class provider of bespoke communications equipment, “sub-contract” electronic assemblies and electronic solutions to existing and potential customers within the Defence, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Governmental and related sectors worldwide.

Sedgewall expects to generate a fair profit on its operations and reasonable return for its investors. In order to achieve this we aim to develop and strengthen our competitive advantage in four key ways:

to the exacting standards of our customers.
  • By working closely with our customers to build on our reputation for the supply of
the highest level of quality workmanship and service.
  • By ensuring that our employees have the support of the entire organisation, alongside the systems,
equipment and capabilities required to meet the exacting standards of our customers.
  • By working constructively with our suppliers to develop long-term relationships that
ensure the smooth running of the supply chain.

Sedgewall expects the highest standards of performance and teamwork from our staff at all times.  In recognition of this the company aim to offer appropriate training to all employees, review remuneration packages on a regular basis and to recognise our successes in the form effective rewards.
