The SSR Unit is ideal for training headset users and when conversations are recorded for legal reasons.

The SSR Unit connects two headset users to an interface box/sound card.  The unit allows the 'supervisor' to listen-in and converse with the 'operator'.  The conversation between the customer/client, the operator and the supervisor will be recorded (with the option for the supervisors voice to not be recorded).

The SSR Unit can be modified to work alongside any USB Interface unit /sound card / detector combination.  Don’t worry if you do not currently have an interface unit /sound card / detector, as Sedgewall's in-house capabilities also mean that they can be designed to your specification.

The Sedgewall SSR Unit splits the speech from the customer and re-directs it to the headset operator and the supervisor.  The speech from both the headset users is also split to the recording unit and the customer via the interface unit (which amplifies and sharpens the speech).  The speech from all three users is also then sent to the recording unit
