Business Continuity Policy

Policy Statement

Sedgewall operates in a business environment where reliability, consistency and quality are key success factors to the businesses of both our customers and ourselves.

Sedgewall recognises the need to risk assess all critical factors within the business process, in order to identify areas where the continuity of business at optimum levels could be compromised.  In order to safeguard the position of stakeholders in the business, customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and employees, Sedgewall must ensure that it fully recognises these areas of exposure and formulates plans to deal with all contingencies in a timely and efficient manner.

This Business Continuity Policy will be fully aligned with the Quality Management, Health Safety and Environmental Policies already in place in the business.

The GM will ensure that all management are fully apprised of this policy and encouraged to cascade the fundamentals of the Business Continuity Management Plan, including periodic review and revision, to all appropriate levels within the business.
